“It should be noted that due to unforeseen manufacturing problems, Yellowstone was unable to start when they had anticipated starting. In fact, it was 6 weeks. At first, we were concerned that the project would not be done on time. However, it was in fact finished a week early (on a 3-month contract). I point this out because if there is a significant delay (and unfortunately, they do happen) Yellowstone has shown they can and will still complete the project on a timely manner.”
